If you are not pleased with your purchase, simply contact us by email or the Contact Us page within 15 days of delivery in order to receive a merchandise exchange or account credit. Custom designed items may not be returned.
We will acknowledge your return request return by email or phone within 3 days.
The item must be returned via the original carrier (unless agreed to otherwise in writing), in its original packaging, insured (if available) for its purchase price, and must be received in the same condition in which it was shipped to you with Renee Designs tags and identifying marks intact. Please track the shipment. Return shipping and insurance is not the responsibility of Renee Designs.
Caring for your Renee Designs Jewelry
In order to maintain the beauty and luster of your jewelry, vintage pieces should be stored flat. If you notice some discoloration in the chain, or if your vintage pieces are losing luster, use jewelry cleaner or mild soap and water solutions to clean. Dry immediately with a cool blow dryer as leaving the item wet can damage the the piece. Fresh water pearls should ONLY be cleaned with regular table salt.
While we take care to buy the best quality vintage items that we can find, due to the nature of vintage jewelry, there is a chance that a piece will lose a stone, peel or chip. This is considered normal wear and tear. Continual wear, or getting the item wet, may cause damage. Excessive amounts of perfumes, body oils, lotions and hair spray will cause your jewelry to lose color and lustre. Unfortunately, we can not fix or replace items that deteriorate due to these circumstances.
If your Renee Designs piece is in need of repair, we will be glad to take a look at it in order to assess whether it is repairable. We will advise you of the cost prior to any repairs being made. Repairs may take up to 4 weeks.
Please be certain to wrap your item securely and ship it in a padded envelope or box. It is recommended that you insure the item at its original value, and that you ship with delivery confirmation. We are not responsible for lost items due to poor wrapping.
